Emotional Resilience Coaching is an effective form of coaching that helps individuals learn how to feel hard emotions in a safe way by creating safety in the body first through emotional regulation techniques, teachings and hypnosis.

Learning the Language of Emotion (4–6 Hours) This is the nervous system + emotional literacy training.
Where future practitioners learn how emotion actually moves through the body and why most people interrupt emotional completion.

Working With Triggers Without Fixing People (4–6 Hours) This is where practitioners learn how to facilitate emotional movement safely, holding emotional activation without rescuing, over-identifying, bypassing, or retraumatizing.

Holding Space for Transformation (4–6 Hours) Identity training. Future practitioners learn how to facilitate coherent emotional transformation experiences safely and professionally. Coaching Certificate awarded upon completion.
