Every session begins with a brief conversation to understand your goals and what is calling for healing. Then, using intuitive guidance and respectful, non-invasive touch, the session moves through key energy centers to promote relaxation, clarity, and alignment. Many clients feel warmth, tingling, deep calm, or emotional release — though every experience is unique, and there is no “right” way to receive Reiki.

Our virtual Reiki sessions bring healing energy to you wherever you are, without the need for physical presence. Virtual Reiki works by intention and connection, allowing Reiki energy to flow across space to support balance, stress relief, and emotional harmony.

Before your session, you will be guided through setting a clear intention for what you wish to receive. During the session, you can relax in your own space — sitting or lying down — while Reiki flows for your highest good. Many people report feelings of warmth, calm, emotional release, or a deep sense of peace, although experiences vary and all responses are valid.

Why Reiki Works: Reiki supports your body’s natural ability to heal by releasing stored tension and energy patterns that may be holding you back. Each session — whether in person or virtual — is uniquely guided to meet you where you are, offering clarity, harmony, and a greater sense of connection to your own inner wisdom.

For virtual Reiki sessions, permission is always required. Consent may come directly from the individual, or from a guardian or caregiver when appropriate. Reiki is then offered with respect and intention, always for the highest good. Tina works with the person’s higher self to honor energetic boundaries and ensure only what is welcome is received.

It's important to note that Reiki is not used to target or “fix” specific conditions. Instead, the energy flows naturally to where it is most needed, supporting balance, relaxation, and overall well-being. Many recipients experience a sense of calm, peace, and emotional comfort during or after sessions, though each experience is unique.

Pets are also wonderful Reiki recipients, often responding quickly and intuitively to the energy. Reiki can support them through stress, aging, illness, or transitions, all from the comfort of home.
