Maxwell’s path has been shaped by a deep curiosity about human experience, emotional awareness, embodiment, and the natural rhythms that influence personal growth and healing.

He is a Level 2 graduate of the Debra Silverman Astrology School and is certified through Owaken’s trauma-informed breathwork facilitator program. He is also beginning licensure in myofascial release through MyofasiaSTL in Spring 2026.

His background in permaculture, along with ongoing studies in myofascial bodywork, informs his grounded and holistic understanding of the body–mind connection and the importance of living in rhythm with natural systems.
