Every third Sunday at 9 AM, gather with us online for SOUL Sundays. Begin with music and stillness to open your heart, then move into chakra alignment meditation with owner and Heart-Centered Hypnotherapist, Amanda Renee At the same time, Trauma-Informed Reiki Master, Tina Chumbley surrounds the group with universal Reiki energy, sending love and light as she holds the sacred container.
