Amanda Renee at Astrological Alignment is not a licensed professional counselor and is in no way responsible for your mental health. If you feel yourself becoming unable to handle the sometimes intense emotions of unearthing your most authentic self please have the courage to seek help. Most of my clients already see a therapist regularly and this is something I will openly advocate to everyone as we move through these somewhat challenging processes.

-Your Integrity Agreement with Astrological Alignment -

To promote my safety, the safety of all others in the group and the integrity of the process, I agree to the following commitments:

1. I will treat everything and everyone in this therapeutic coaching process with respect and confidentiality.
2. I will attend every session scheduled in order to receive the full benefit of this process. In the event of an extreme emergency, if I am forced to miss a session, I understand that it is up to me to create a makeup agreement with my coach at least 10 days ahead of time.
3. I understand that my resistance and/or fears may cause me to want to run or drop out of this experience. If this happens, I agree to immediately call my coach, and to attend the next session to work through these feelings.
4. I will not abandon myself or (when applicable) the group regardless of what my fear may think (fear is False Evidence Appearing Real). I recognize that my fear may well be frightened child parts or my darkest shadow parts.
5. I will not consume alcohol or non-prescription drugs three days before, during, or for three days after hypnotherapy sessions. Nor will l encourage others to do so.
6. I agree not to have sexual or romantic relationships with Astrological Alignment members, facilitators or my coach. Should I become attracted to someone, I will immediately bring it to the attention of my coach even if the feelings are directed toward my coach. I understand that my healing process and (when applicable) the group represents a healthy family and therefore does not include sexual touching, fantasizing, sexual comments or secrets.
7. I will keep myself safe and not hurt myself or get sick. If I do, I will attend the next session and work to heal my mind/body issues.
8. I understand that I am not a victim which means I am totally responsible for my own process and take full responsibility for my results. I know that I create my own reality and experience. I do not hold Astrological Alignment or its facilitators or any group members responsible for my experience.
